3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled, you may submit a Counter-Notification to our designated agent. Your Counter-Notification must include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the content owner.
  2. Identification of the removed or disabled material and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location (or any judicial district where we may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or access for users who are found to repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.


5. False Claims

Submitting a false DMCA Takedown Notice or Counter-Notification can have serious legal consequences. Be sure to provide accurate information and ensure your claim is legitimate.


6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any content posted by third parties and are not liable for damages resulting from the removal or disabling of content as part of our compliance with the DMCA.
